Mike Jaworek is the Co-Founder and CTO of ReadyWorks, specifically focused on product engineering and systems architecture. Before ReadyWorks, Mike spent over a decade as lead architect consulting on mission-critical projects at JP Morgan Chase, CIT Bank, McKinsey, and others. He also held management and lead engineering positions with a number of technology and internet startups.
