Named a Sample Vendor in Digital Workplace Operations Automation, in the Hype Cycle for AI in ITSM, 2026.

ReadyWorks has been recognized in Digital Workplace Operations Automation, or DWOA, a category Gartner® introduced in 2026 to bridge the gap between reactive IT support and autonomous IT operations. ReadyWorks is named a Sample Vendor in the Hype Cycle™ for AI in ITSM.

DWOA platforms sit one level above the layer of endpoint management, ITSM, identity, asset, security, and digital employee experience tools, and use the data across those systems to automate, orchestrate, and continuously optimize operations. Gartner rates the category Transformational, with maturity embryonic and market penetration under one percent, so it is early, and the organizations that move thoughtfully now stand to gain the most.

DWOA describes what ReadyWorks was built to do: coordinate work across the disconnected tools most IT teams run, and act on it, rather than adding another silo.

"A new category matters. It confirms what our customers already see: the future of IT operations is a layer that sits above your tools, understands them, and acts within your guardrails. We are proud to be recognized in it.”

Andrew Sweeney, CEO, ReadyWorks
