Hugh Hale

Hugh Hale is CIO of TennCare, Tennessee’s Medicaid program, where he recently led the creation of a new, highly automated eligibility system that modernizes and transforms the systems and process that support healthcare benefits. He previously served as CIO for Visiting Nurse Service of New York and held several senior leadership positions at IBM, BlueCross BlueShield, and Shared Health.
