Frank Fanzilli has served in leadership positions across some of the top organizations in the enterprise software and cybersecurity world. He is currently a Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse NEXT and former Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. He has nearly four decades of experience in the enterprise software and cybersecurity space and has been on the board of many notable companies, including Interwoven (acquired by HP/Autonomy), where he was chairman of the board; PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle); Avaya (acquired by Silverlake/TPG); CommVault, Calypso Software, Enterprise DB, and 1010data. Frank currently serves on our Board of Directors as well.
